Kildare senior manager, Jack O’Connor, has announced the team to take on Cavan in the vital Round 6 Allianz League Division 2 game at St Conleth’s Park on Sunday (Throw-in 2pm).

The team shows four changes from that which defeated Laois in Round 5.

Aaron Masterson joins Kevin Feeley at midfield instead of Tommy Moolick, while there is a complete change in the full forward line with Ben McCormack, Darragh Kirwan and Jimmy Hyland replacing Adam Tyrrell, Daniel Flynn and Niall Kelly respectively. Hyland came on as a substitute for Flynn in the dying moments of the Laois game. Kelly of course was injured in the County Final which will sideline him for a time.

It’s a first start at this level for Kirwan.

The match, which is behind closed doors, will be refereed by Cormac Reilly (Meath)
