Kerins, Mary late of Townspark, Athy, Co. Kildare, 24th September, 2021. (Peacefully) in the wonderful care of the nurses & staff of Oghill nursing home, Monasterevin, in the loving company of her son Tony, daughter-in-law Marlis, grandchildren Kelly & Luke. Mourned by all her family, sister Trish(Henry) brother-in-law Pat, nephew John, sons Gerard & Michael, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, relatives, friends & her neighbours of Townspark.

Mary will be reposing in Anderson & Leahy’s Funeral Home, Newbridge, on Saturday from 2pm to 5.30pm, on Sunday she will be reposing in Rigney’s funeral home, Athy, from 4pm to 7pm. Removal from Rigney’s funeral home on Monday at 10.30am to arrive at St. Michael’s parish church for 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Athy. Due to government advice regarding public gatherings the capacity of the Church is limited to 50% Those who would have liked to attend, but due to current restrictions cannot, please leave a personal message for the family in the condolence section on

Sister of the late John-Joe and May (O’Brien). Deeply regretted by her loving sister Lil, brothers Michael and Noel, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Rigney’s Funeral Home, Athy from 7.30pm to 9pm on Sunday evening (26th September). (Please wear face coverings and adhere to social distancing).

Requiem Mass will take place at 10am on Monday morning (27th September) in St. Joseph’s Church, Berkeley Road, Phibsborough, Dublin 7 (limited to 50% capacity). Burial afterwards in Moone Cemetery, Co. Kildare.

The death has occurred of Simon Byrne (Snr) Main St., Castledermot, Co. Kildare – 24th September 2021 peacefully at St. Michael’s Hospital, Dun Laoghaire. Sadly missed by his loving wife Maura, children Pat, Betty, Martin, Marie and Simon, sister Hannah, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his brother Thomas, sisters Maureen and Nancy.

May Simon rest in peace.

Funeral arriving to The Church of The Assumption, Castledermot on Monday, 27 September for Requiem Mass at 2pm. with burial afterwards in Coltstown Cemetery.

House private please. Funeral arrangements will be carried out strictly in accordance with current Government and HSE guidelines.
