A Kildare hotel is celebrating after taking home a top industry award at the respected Irish Tatler Wellness & Spa Awards 2022 that took place at The Marker. Carton House was awarded the prestigious title of Best Holistic Body Treatment for their Aromatherapy Associates Rose Indulgence treatment at Carton House Spa & Wellness.
After a two-year hiatus, the Irish Tatler Wellness & Spa Awards returned this year, designed to highlight excellence and innovation in the spa industry. This is the first year Carton House has entered the awards as a Fairmont Managed Hotel and were also shortlisted for the Best Hotel Spa in Leinster. Carton House, now a 5-star property, reopened last year after a multimillion-euro total renovation of the original house, surrounding hotel and spa, and the stunning grounds and parkland.
Commenting on the award, Spa Manager Seánna Herbert shared ‘We are delighted to receive this award and for our hard-working team to be recognised by the judges. We introduced the Aromatherapy Associates range to the spa last year, and we are the only spa in Ireland to have the product which adds another layer of opulence to our guests’ experience.’
Carton House Spa & Wellness hosts a 5-star service, from the superb Gharieni massage beds in the treatment rooms and gorgeous therapies using luxury well-being brand Aromatherapy Associates, to the handsome bespoke pedicure and manicure area, delivering world-leading Margaret Dabbs therapies and treatments. Guests can choose a treatment from a select menu of hour-long therapies which include a Carton Spa signature massage, an aromatherapy facial, or aromatherapy face and body ritual. Guests can also unwind after their treatment in the tranquil relaxation room or take some time out to enjoy the 18metre pool and thermal area.
To celebrate the award-winning spa treatment, Carton House are running a gorgeous spa experience package to include a spa treatment of choice which includes the winning treatment the Aromatherapy Associates Rose Indulgence, followed by afternoon tea in one of the stunning original rooms of The House for €150 per person.
