EADESTOWN captured their third Kildare LGFA Senior title in  row when they had a convincing 1-11 to 0-4 victory over Sarsfields in Hawkfield on Saturday with Angela McGuigan’s goal from the penalty spot helping the defending champions seal the victory.

There were four further finals played at the Manguard Plus Kildare GAA Centre of Excellence on Saturday. Kilcullen had to withstand a late Naas rally to claim the Intermediate title.

A late rally saw Raheens claim the victory over Na Fianna in the Junior A Final while Milltown proved too string in the end for Two Mile House in the Junior B decider.

Rathcoffey are Junior C Champions after a great battle with neighbours, Maynooth.

Senior: Eadestown 1-11 Sarsfields 0-4

Intermediate: Kilcullen 2-12 Naas 3-6

Junior A: Raheens 4-9 Na Fianna 3-5

Junior B: Milltown 3-15 Two Mile House 0-9

Junior C: Rathcoffey 3-12 Maynooth (2) 4-7
