Allenwood, Athy, Celbridge and Two Mile House were awarded bronze medals and representatives from the clubs were in Croke Park to collect their medals.

Fondúireacht Sheosaimh Mhic Dhonncha is a joint partnership between Glór na nGael and Cumann Lúthchleas Gael. The scheme aims to increase the use and visibility of Irish in GAA clubs throughout the country. Clubs are awarded medals in recognition of their work in promoting the language at club level, and among members of their local communities.

Bronnadh boinn Sheosaimh Mhic Dhonncha ar 55 club CLG ó gach cearn den tír ag ócáid speisialta ag Páirc an Chrócaigh, oíche Aoine, an 2 Nollaig. Tugadh aitheantas do cheithre chlub as Cill Dara ar an oíche. Bronnadh bonn cré-umha ar Áth Í Cill Droichid, Fíodh Alúine agus Teach an Dá Mhíle. Bhí ionadaithe ó na gclubanna i láthair ag Páirc an Chrócaigh leis an boinn a bhailiú. Is scéim chomhpháirtíochta í Fondúireacht Sheosaimh Mhic Dhonncha, idir Ghlór na nGael agus Cumann Lúthchleas Gael, agus é mar bhunsprioc acu an Ghaeilge a neartú i measc clubanna CLG na tíre seo. Bronntar na boinn ar chlubanna mar aitheantas ar an obair a dhéanann siad leis an Ghaeilge a chur chun cinn ar an talamh sna gcumainn, agus le cur le húsáid agus feiceálacht na teanga i measc ballraíocht na gclubanna.
