The new jersey pays tribute to Kildare’s clubs by displaying all club names on its front and back. Kildare Co Board says the innovation acknowledges the work conducted by clubs and volunteers in the county who, they say, are the bedrock of the association, in the fostering and nurturing of past, present and future Kildare players.

Speaking of the launch of the new jersey Mick Gorman, Kildare GAA Chairman, said, “We are delighted to officially launch our new playing jersey for the 2023/2024 season. I would like to thank the designers at O’Neill’s who have worked with the County Board to produce this stylish new jersey.”

“We are reminded that Kildare GAA is ultimately a composite of the clubs of our county.  Whenever a player dons the jersey, he is not only representing his county but also his club and community. The new design salutes the clubs and volunteers who continuously advance and develop our young players.”

The new Kildare home jersey will be available in retail outlets and online from  www.oneills.com from Friday the 10 February.
