The death has occurred of Jim Poynton, Friarstown, Kildare Town, Kildare / Lucan, Dublin

Formerly of Allenswood, Lucan, Co. Dublin. Husband of the late Vera. Deeply regretted by his loving daughter Annette, son in law Jimmy, adored granddaughter Megan, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at McWeys Funeral Home, Abbeyview, Kildare Town (Eircode: R51 TE20) on Monday from 5pm with Rosary at 7pm. Removal by Glennons Funeral Directors on Tuesday to arrive at The Carmelite Church, Kildare Town, for Requiem Mass at 11:30am. Burial afterwards in St. Conleth’s Cemetery, Kildare Town.
