Captain, Grace Clifford who missed the hard fought victory over Wexford on Sunday last, looks set to be fit to face the Wee County in Sunday’s Leinster LGFA penultimate game. The Eadestown player is set to renew her formidable partnership with Aoife Rattigan with Maynooth’s Roisin Forde, who had to leave the field injured after scoring last weekend, now listed among the substitutes for the semi final. Roisin Byrne (2-4) Claire Sullivan and Trina Duggan (1-0 each) along with Ellen Dowling and Neasa Dooley will form a potent forward line as the Lilywhites, the defending Leinster champions, look to avenge their only defeat this year, which was against Louth, 1-5 to 0-7 in the League in late February.

Westmeath play Wexford in the other semi final with the winners of both games advancing to the Leinster IFC Final in O’Moore Park, Portlaoise on Sunday 28 May.
